أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ:
الشُّفْعَةُ لِلْكَبِيرِ وَالصَّغِيرِ، وَالْأَعْرَابِيِّ، وَالْيَهُودِيِّ، وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ، وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ. فَإِذَا عَلِمَ لِثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ، فَلَمْ يَطْلُبْهَا - فَلَا شُفْعَةَ لَهُ. وَإِذَا مَكَثَ أَيَّامًا، ثُمَّ طَلَبَهَا وَقَالَ: لَمْ أَعْلَمْ أَنَّ لِي شُفْعَةً - فَهُوَ مُتَّهَمٌ
