✧ What Expiates the Ablution and the Prayer

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ سَلْمَانُ الْفَارِسِيُّ:
إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ الْمُؤْمِنَ إِذَا قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وُضِعَتْ خَطَايَاهُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، فَلَا يَفْرُغُ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ حَتَّى تَتَفَرَّقَ مِنْهُ كَمَا تُفَرَّقُ عُذُوقُ النَّخْلَةِ، تَسَّاقَطُ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا
Translation
✧ When a believing servant stands for prayer, his sins are placed upon his head, and he does not finish his prayer until they separate from him as clusters of dates fall from a palm tree, scattering right and left.
