عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَطَاءً، أَيَسْتَمْتِعُ الرَّجُلُ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ جَمِيعًا ؟ وَهَلِ الِاسْتِمْتَاعُ إِحْصَانٌ ؟ وَهَلْ يَحِلُّ اسْتِمْتَاعُ الْمَرْأَةِ لِزَوْجِهَا إِنْ كَانَ بَتَّهَا ؟ فَقَالَ: " مَا سَمِعْتُ فِيهِنَّ بِشَيْءٍ، وَمَا رَاجَعْتُ فِيهِنَّ أَصْحَابِي
