قَالَ لِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ تَزْنِي، وَسُئِلَ أَيَبِيعُهَا سَيِّدُهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا وَلَكِنْ يُقَامُ عَلَيْهَا حَدُّ الْأَمَةِ
