عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، وَعَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ شُرَيْحٌ، وَمَسْرُوقٌ: " لَا يُجِيزَانِ شَهَادَةً عَلَى شَهَادَةٍ فِي حَدٍّ، وَلَا يَكْفُلَانِ صَاحِبَ حَدٍّ
