أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُجْلَدُ الْحَدَّ، فَيَقُولُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ: يَا زَانٍ قَالَ: " يُسْتَحَبُّ الدَّرْأُ بِعُذْرٍ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ جُلِدَ مَنْ قَذَفَهُ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجْلِدْهُ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ".
