عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ،
أَنَّ رَجُلًا اسْتَكْرَهَ امْرَأَةً، فَافْتَضَّهَا: فَضَرَبَهُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ الْحَدَّ، وَأَغْرَمَهُ ثُلُثَ دِيَتِهَا
