عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
مَنِ اسْتَكْرَهَ امْرَأَةً بِكْرًا، فَلَهَا صَدَاقُهَا وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ، وَلَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهَا ".
