أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: امْرَأَةٌ ذَاتُ زَوْجٍ انْطَلَقَتْ إِلَى قَرْيَةٍ، فَنُكِحَتْ فَجُومِعَتْ قَالَ: " إِنِ اعْتَلَّتْ، فَقَالَتْ: أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَهَا أَوْ مَاتَ، لَمْ تُرْجَمْ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَعْتَلَّ رُجِمَتْ "، قُلْتُ: فَالصَّدَاقُ الَّذِي أَصْدَقَهَا الْآخَرُ قَالَ: " هُوَ لِزَوْجِهَا دُونَ وَارِثِهَا
