عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
قَالَ فِي أَمَةٍ زَنَتْ وَهِيَ مَمْلُوكَةٌ فَلَمْ يُقَمْ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ حَتَّى عَتَقَتْ قَالَ: " يُقَامُ عَلَيْهَا حَدُّ الْأَمَةِ لِأَنَّهُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهَا وَهِيَ مَمْلُوكَةٌ
