أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا يُرْجَمُ إِذَا زَنَى بِكْرٌ أَوْ ثَيِّبٌ بِأَمَةٍ يُجْلَدَانِ مِائَةً، وَيُنْفَيَانِ سَنَةً ". قَالَ: " وَكَذَلِكَ إِنْ زَنَتْ حُرَّةٌ بِعَبْدٍ ". وَكَانَ يَقُولُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى سَمِعَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَهُ.
