عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا زَنَى حُرٌّ بِأَمَةٍ رُجِمَ إِذَا كَانَ قَدْ أَحْصَنَ.
