عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ الرَّجُلَ، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي بِثَلَاثَةٍ يَشْهَدُونَ قَالَ: " يُجْلَدُونَ، وَيُجْلَدُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِأَرْبَعَةٍ، فَإِنْ جَاءَ بِأَرْبَعَةٍ فَشَهِدُوا جَمِيعًا أُقِيمَ الْحَدُّ ".
