عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ،
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَتِهَا، فَقَالَ: إِنْ تَكُونِي صَادِقَةً نَرْجُمْهُ، وَإِنْ تَكُونِي كَاذِبَةً نَجْلِدْكِ ". فَقَالَتْ: يَا وَيْلَهَا غَيْرَى نَغِرَةٌ، قَالَ: وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، فَذَهَبَتْ
