عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ:
فِي أَمَةٍ تَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ، فَوَلَدَتْ لَهُ، ثُمَّ ابْتَاعَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ: " لِيَبِعْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ ابْتَاعَهَا، وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، أَوْ وَلَدَتْ لَهُ بَعْدَ مَا ابْتَاعَهَا
