عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ:
فِي الْأَمَةِ تَلِدُ لِسَيِّدِهَا، ثُمَّ يُنْكِحُهَا، فَتَلِدُ قَالَ: " لَا يُعْتَقُ وَلَدُهَا.
