سُئِلَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ تَزْنِي أَيَبِيعُهَا سَيِّدُهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا، وَلَكِنْ يُقَامُ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ، حَدُّ الْأَمَةِ
