عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَمَةً قَالَ: " لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا لِعَانٌ، وَإِنْ قَذَفَ الْعَبْدُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ، فَإِنَّهُ يُضْرَبُ لَهَا، وَلَا لِعَانَ، وَتَكُونُ امْرَأَتَهُ
