عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ،
كَانَا يَكْرَهَانِ نِكَاحَ الْأَمَةِ فِي هَذَا الزَّمَانِ، قَالَا: " إِنَّمَا رُخِّصَ فِي نِكَاحِهِنَّ حِينَ كَانَتِ الْحُرَّةُ يَشْتَدُّ الْمُؤْنَةُ فِيهِنَّ
