عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا يَنْكِحُ الْحُرُّ الْأَمَةَ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَخْشَى عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، وَلَا يَجِدَ طَوْلَ الْحُرَّةِ
