عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ نَكَحَ مُكَاتَبَةً، فَعَتَقَتْ عِنْدَهُ قَالَ: " لَا خِيَارَ لَهَا.
