أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ كَاتَبَهُمَا سَيِّدُهُمَا وَأَعْتَقَهُمَا، فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ كَمَا هِيَ، لَا خِيَارَ لَهَا
