قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهَا، فَبَتَّهَا، ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا قَالَ: " لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
