عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
قَضَى عُثْمَانُ فِي مُكَاتَبٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، وَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ ؟: " فَقَضَى لَهُ أَنْ لَا تَحِلَّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
