عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي الْأَمَةِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَبْلُغْ قَالَ: "تُسْتَبْرَأُ كَمَا تُسْتَبْرَأُ الْعَجُوزُ إِذَا وُهِبَتْ، أَوْ تُصُدِّقَ بِهَا عَلَيْهِ، أَوْ وَرِثَهَا اسْتَبْرَأَهَا، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ فِي مِلْكِهِ وَاسْتَخْلَصَهَا اسْتَبْرَأَهَا"
