عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُحِلُّ الْجَارِيَةَ لِلرَّجُلِ، فَقَالَ: " إِنْ وَطِئِهَا جُلِدَ مِائَةً أَحْصَنَ، أَوْ لَمْ يُحْصَنْ، فَإِنْ حَمَلَتْ لَمْ يُلْحَقْ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ وَلَمْ يَرِثْهُ، وَلَهُ أَنْ يَفْدِيَهُ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَمْنَعُوهُ ".
