عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا أَحَلَّ الرَّجُلُ الْجَارِيَةَ لِلرَّجُلِ، فَعَتَقَهَا لَهُ، فَإِنْ حَمَلَتْ أُلْحِقَ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ
