أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً الْيَوْمَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الشِّرْكِ جَاءَتْ إِلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَسْلَمَتْ أَيُعَاضُ زَوْجُهَا مِنْهَا لِقَوْلِ اللهِ فِي الْمُمْتَحَنَةِ: ﴿وَآتُوهُمْ مَا أَنْفَقُوا ﴾؟ قَالَ: " لَا، إِنَّمَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ بَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَبَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْعَهْدِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ
