عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي مُشْرِكٍ طَلَّقَ مُشْرِكَةً فَلَمْ تَعْتَدَّ حَتَّى أَسْلَمَتْ قَالَ: " تَعْتَدُّ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ، وَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا. وَقَالَ فِي مُشْرِكٍ مَاتَ عَنْ مُشْرِكَةٍ فَأَسْلَمَتْ قَبْلَ انْقِضَاءِ عِدَّتِهَا، قَالَ: " تَعْتَدُّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا، وَتَحْتَسِبُ بِمَا مَضَى مِنْ عِدَّتِهَا فِي الشِّرْكِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُسْلِمَ
