1277 1265 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
أَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ. متن مخفيمَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ وَمَنْ أَتَاهَا وَقَدْ أَدْبَرَ الدَّمُ عَنْهَا فَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ
Translation
✧ Muhammad b. Rashid reported to us, from Abd al-Karim, from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet ﷺ. Hidden matn: Whoever has intercourse with his wife during her menstruation should give a dinar in charity, and whoever has intercourse with her when the blood has stopped but she has not yet performed ghusl should give half a dinar.
