✧ Intercourse with the menstruating woman

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، وَابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِدِينَارٍ، وَمَنْ أَتَاهَا وَقَدْ أَدْبَرَ الدَّمُ عَنْهَا فَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ
Translation
✧ Whoever has intercourse with his wife during her menstruation should give a dinar in charity, and whoever has intercourse with her when the blood has stopped but she has not yet performed ghusl should give half a dinar.
