✧ Intercourse with the menstruating woman

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَعَلَ فِي الْحَائِضِ نِصَابَ دِينَارٍ إِذَا أَصَابَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ set the expiation for a menstruating woman at a dinar if a man has intercourse with her before she performs ghusl.
