عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي امْرَأَةٍ أَسْلَمَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا مُشْرِكٌ، فَلَمْ تَنْقَضِ عِدَّتُهَا حَتَّى أَسْلَمَ ؟ قَالَ: " يُقَرَّانِ عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ أَمْرُهُمَا قَدْ رُفِعَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ، فَيُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا ".
