عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَسْلَمَتِ امْرَأَةٌ وَزَوْجُهَا مُشْرِكٌ، فَلَمْ تَنْقَضِ مُدَّتُهَا حَتَّى أَسْلَمَ ؟ قَالَ: " هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا، قُلْتُ: كَيْفَ وَقَدْ فَرَّقَ الْإِسْلَامُ بَيْنَهُمَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَدْرِي وَاللهِ
