عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ يُدْعَى لِأُمِّهِ، وَمَنْ قَذَفَ لِأُمِّهِ يَقُولُ: يَا ابْنَ الزَّانِيَةِ ضُرِبَ الْحَدَّ، وَأُمُّهُ عَصَبَتُهُ، يَرِثُهَا وَتَرِثُهُ "، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ
