عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَخٍ لِي مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ: لِمَنْ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ ؟ قَالَ: قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِأُمِّهِ، هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ الْمَالَ كُلَّهُ
