فِي الْمُلَاعَنَةِ: " إِذَا ادَّعَى الَّذِي لَاعَنَ أُمَّهَ بَعْدَمَا يَمُوتُ فَلَا يَجُوزُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا ادَّعَى مَالًا، وَإِنِ ادَّعَى وَهُوَ حَيٌّ ضُرِبَ وَلَحِقَ بِهِ "
