عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
فِي امْرَأَةٍ فَقَدَتْ زَوْجَهَا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ غَيْرَهُ، فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا أَنَّهُ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا الْآخَرُ. قَالَ: " نَعَمْ لَا يَسْوَى طَلَاقُهُ بَعْدَهُ بَعْرَةً
