إِنْ جَاءَ فَوَجَدَهَا قَدْ مَاتَتْ قَالَ: مِيرَاثُهَا قَطُّ. قَالَ عَطَاءٌ: " هِيَ مِنْهُ، وَهُوَ مِنْهَا، إِذَا كَانَتْ نُكِحَتْ فِي حَيَاتِهِ
