عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا وَهَبَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا لِلرَّجُلِ بَبَيِّنَةٍ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا مِثْلُ صَدَاقِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ نِسَائِهَا، فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا وَيَفْرِضَ فَلَهَا الْمُتْعَةُ
