عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَرَجُلَيْنِ مَعَهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ قَالُوا:
لَا تَحِلُّ الْهِبَةُ لِأَحَدٍ بَعْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَلَوْ تَزَوَّجَهَا عَلَى سَوْطٍ لَحَلَّتْ
