عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: اتُّهِبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ؟ قَالَ: وَهَبَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لَهُ نَفْسَهَا فَلَمْ يَنْكِحْهَا، وَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ ". قُلْتُ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ فَعَلَ يَسْتَنْكِحُهَا أَيَكُونُ ذَلِكَ بِغَيْرِ صَدَاقٍ ؟ قَالَ: " فِيمَا إِذَا خَلَصَ "، وَأَقُولُ: أَفَلَيْسَ فِي نِكَاحِهَا مَا قَدْ عَلِمْتَ
