عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَعَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ أَوْ خَيَّرَهَا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا، أَوْ سَأَلَتْهُ الطَّلَاقَ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا، لِأَنَّهُ جَاءَ مِنْ قِبَلِهَا
