عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا مَرِيضًا وَرِثَتْهُ مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ، وَلَا يَرِثُهَا
