عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ،
وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ يَمُوتُ وَيَتْرُكُ امْرَأَتَهُ تُرْضِعُ، وَلَيْسَ لَهَا مَالٌ، وَتَأْبَى أُمُّهُ أَنْ تُرْضِعَهُ قَالَ: " لَا تُجْبَرُ عَلَى رَضَاعِهِ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ ". قَالَ: " وَأَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ، وَعَلَى أُمِّهِ بِقَدْرِ مِيرَاثِهَا مِنْهُ
