عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَامَ أَجْرُهُ فَأُمُّهُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " فَإِنْ أَبَتْ أُمُّهُ اسْتُؤْجِرَ لَهُ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ وَلَمْ يَجِدُوا أَحَدًا يُرْضِعُهُ "، فَإِنَّ جُوَيْبِرًا أَخْبَرَنِي، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " تُجْبَرُ أُمُّهُ عَلَى أَنْ تُرْضِعَهُ، فَإِنْ وَجَدُوا مَنْ يُرْضِعُهُ لَمْ تُجْبَرِ الْأُمُّ
