عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنْ قَالَ: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ إِنْ شِئْتِ فَهِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْخِيَارِ مَا دَامَا فِي الْمَجْلِسِ
