أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَتُمَلِّكُهُ هِيَ آخَرَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا ". قُلْتُ: مَلَّكَتْ عَائِشَةُ حَفْصَةَ حِينَ مَلَّكَهَا الْمُنْذِرُ أَمْرَهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، إِنَّمَا عَرَضَتْ عَلَيْهَا لَتُطَلِّقَهَا أَمْ لَا، وَلَمْ تُمَلِّكْهَا أَمْرَهَا
