عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ بِيَدِ رَجُلٍ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا ؟ قَالَ عُمَرُ: وَاحِدَةً، وَلَا رَجْعَةَ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا
