عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رُفِعَتْ إِلَيْهِ امْرَأَةٌ اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا بِأَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَأَجَازَ ذَلِكَ
